Joshua came out the very next morning after we called for service. He called to let us know when he was on the way, arrived on time and did an excellent job. He is professional, very knowledgeable and went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with his service. Highly recommended!

They offered an impressive customer experience from easy scheduling to outstanding service fulfillment. I was highly pleased with the repairs done to our fireplace along with the job being completed in a timely manner. First Joshua:Quentin were on time for appointment and called to let me know they were in close proximity to home. It was a great service experience because of their professionalism, friendliness and eagerness to go above and beyond. Joshua answered all my questions with knowledge and a smile, and he/Quentin ensured while cleaning my chimney they didn’t incur any damage; in addition, they took time to place everything back in its rightful position. My husband and I moved into our home last March, so basically this is the first time we have wanted to use our gas fireplace. Man have I learned a lot in the last couple of days about fireplaces.lol come to find out there are 2 types, vented and non vented. I had someone look at it, and they through we had a non vented system and they explained to me, they couldn’t find certain items for it to run correctly. Lol So I called Madison Fireplace and Patio and spoke with a very knowledgeable young lady, I also sent her pics of ours and she explained everything to me. I still did not know if the chimney was okay or not, so Friday I got online, and found this company called Fireplace, Chimney Sweep Solutions, you can find more info on their company on Facebook.They showed up this morning, within a hour they were done, they cleaned up after themselves and every professional. So if you need some to checking your fireplace out please call them, I don’t think you will be disappointed 💖 their number is 601-609-5540. I spoke with Sed.

My chimney cap blew off recently and I called and Sed answered. He gave me price info and said someone would be out at 8 the next morning. Lee showed up at 7:55 and my chimney cap was replaced and secured and he was finished by 8:15. Excellent job, very reasonable and so professional. Highly recommend them and will be sure and tell my friends Thanks Sed and big shoutout to Lee!

The guys that came to inspect and clean my fireplace were prompt, courteous, professional and knowledgeable. As they cleaned my fireplace, they were very neat. I would recommend them very highly.
